Acoplando uma das idéias da minha loucura no que concerne ao resfriamento do olho do furacão: pensei em hidrogênio, mas tem outro com mais eficácia(vocês cientistas sabem)- o lançamento como disse em outra oportunidade pode ser por cima do olho do furacão (lançamento por nave), bem como através de submarino onde o lançamento seria de baixo p/cima acertando a parte estreita do olho do furacão, com uma pressão a qual irá expandir, entretanto naves de apoio poderá realizar o resfriamento das bordas,as quais poderão dissipar com velocidade acima do normal(...) preciso de uma sala para poder pensar melhor depois eu volto.
