Countdown clocks at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station and NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida are ticking down to the planned liftoff of a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket carrying Orbital ATK’s Cygnus spacecraft on the company’s fourth commercial resupply services mission to the International Space Station.
