    1. This is the official response from NASA Administrator Charlie Bolden…

“We are disappointed in the loss of the latest SpaceX cargo resupply mission to the International Space Station. 2. Shameful to have cut off filming of the debris and have denied us replays!
    Soviet era back?

    1. SpaceX commercial resupply flight to the International Space Station lifted off from Space Launch Complex 41 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station at 10:21 a.m. EDT. After liftoff, an anomaly occurred. SpaceX is evaluating the issue. SpaceX posted a video on the launch & anomaly: https://youtu.be/ZeiBFtkrZEw
