The launch team called off today’s launch attempt after upper-level winds continued to be outside acceptable levels.

I was just wondering what the upper-level wind-speed limit is (above which a launch is scrubbed). I’ve been to KSC/Saturn 5 for the last two Falcon9 attempts and am not sure I want to invest in a third failed launch in four days. Wind speed for tomorrow is predicted to be around N 11–how close to the scrub limit is that? Thanks.
I was just wondering what the “acceptable” range for upper-level winds is. The forecast for Wednesday’s launch has winds at about N 11 mph at the 6pm hour. Would this be Red or Green? Thanks.
