It’s a very early morning here on the East Coast of Florida! Welcome to live blog coverage for NASA’s Double Asteroid Redirection Test (DART) mission. The spacecraft will launch atop a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. Launch time is targeted for 10:21 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on Nov. 23 –  that’s 1:21 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on Nov. 24.

Our coverage on the blog originates from the News Center at Kennedy Space Center in Florida. NASA’s Launch Services Program, based at Kennedy, America’s multi-user spaceport, is managing the launch.
