A group of 5th grade students from the Florida School for the Deaf visited Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex recently. Several NASA employees met with them at the Center for Space Education to share their experiences working for NASA. It was great to see their excitement!

Really that’s a good example, and the kids will feel honored to be in a place like this at such early age despite their disability. I’m sure this gives them the feeling that they’re not different people and they too have something to contribute in this world, and for a moment they felt excited like never before. Good job NASA.
