The Orion spacecraft and attached second stage of the Delta IV Heavy are working as planned and the combination has been placed in a slow roll to keep temperatures balanced as Orion moves through orbit.

I remember watching the Mercury program way back in the day. I could name all 7 of the Mercury astronauts and their capsule names they gave each one. Then came Project Gemini and of course Apollo. So happy to see the next great adventure in space for our country and it’s space program. Today I was just excited as i was watching Allen Shepard’s first flight aboard that Red Stone rocket . Congrats NASA from this 61 yr. old who still gets goose bumps watching you folks reach further into space.
Mmmhmm BBQ! Can Orion bring us some barbecue back that are toasted from the reentry’s burn?
Just wishful thinking. Congratulations to the Orion team and NASA on its continuing, successful mission!
